Historical Buildings with Solar Improvements

This historic estate, built in 1798, has been completely restored and updated by its current owners. This included a request by the owners to install a solar array that would provide 100% of their necessary energy, so that they need not purchase any from a power company. While the antique and delicate roofs were a complicated addition to the project, we installed a major array on the barn of the nearby Vineyard, and wired the energy 1200 feet back to the house. We are happy to say that these customers are fully solar powered!
