Dear Friends,
It is with excitement, wonder, and humble appreciation that the SunDay Solar team takes on the challenges and opportunities of our 14th year in business, 2023! I want to take a moment to thank you, all, for being concerned activists who continue to make financial, personal, and social sacrifices which collectively will turn the tide of global environmental destruction.
The task at hand is not small, and cannot happen overnight. However, in 13 years of business I have seen the solar industry in Virginia go from barely able to support one man and a pickup, to one which eagerly supports thousands of dedicated workers installing tens of thousands of systems annually. Nationally and globally, it is the same. The egg has hatched and the Phoenix is rising!
Can we head off the worst of the environmental destruction which Marlin Perkins of Mutual of Omaha’s Wild Kingdom, and Jacques Cousteau so artfully made me aware of as a young child? We don’t know. But our chances look much better at the start of 2023 than they did just one year ago.
We are all in this together, and our time is now. Together we will lead the transition to a cleaner, more peaceful tomorrow for our children and our children’s children. It is with this purpose that the SunDay Solar Team wishes you a Happy New Year.
